Yes it's pricey but you do get great value for money.
Lovely rooms, great food and inclusions. Punch every day, great pools and restaurant and beautiful area.
We had dinner here one night, was amazing and romantic. Very accommodating for vegetarian or vegans.
Pancakes at breakfast was yummy, and the tea selection was very good.
We enjoyed the staff being helpful and the little touches like welcome drinks, room diffuser and water for the airport upon check out.
My only two minor issues were other guests hogging the sun lounges even before 8am (they'd put a book down and not appear for hours) and no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
Will happily return for another getaway.
We just had four days at The Reef House at Palm Cove and we're wondering why we left it so long to come and stay. Everything you hear about this place is on pint . The service is amazing - professional, warm, welcoming, world standard. The experiences are memorable - we did the cocktail making class, Brigadier punch and speaker presentation, had a massage in the spa, and pimped-up our plans with Cedric the luxury concierge. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, the location and the Palm Cove village are amazing. I counted 43 steps from the resort step to where we spent the morning sitting on the beach under the shade of a palm tree. So simple to get to. When all combined the Reef House experience is exceptional and unique. Highly recommend!
10/10 seriously loved our belated honeymoon stay here earlier in the year. The location is great and all of the amenities were fantastic.

Beautiful resort and location. I travelled solo and it was quiet and relaxing. Friendly and accommodating staff who exercise a high level of attention to detail. Everything in one, convenient place and only a hop, skip and jump to the beach. Excellent food and extras.
Had dinner here, and it was absolutely fantastic. August was the most amazing waiter. Small appetisers were given to us between each meal, and they were delicious. It was a good experience. I would recommend and go again.
